Just got in my "new" pistol yesterday. Covered in cosmoline. Can't wait to get it cleaned up.

Picked up a nice 8mm Mauser 98 a few weekends ago for a song, All matching numbers but has been sportized, Bummer. Another 03FFL friend of mine really wants it, He sent me a check! I never was that in love with the 8mm round anyways

Ive been collecting the knickerboxer side by sides, But every time I find one for a "parts" gun, I want to fix it up also. It's a sickness I say a sickness!!!

Stopped by my favorite gun shop today and as always went right for the Clunker rack, IT WAS EMPTY, I guess theirs another guy in town with a C&R ? He does have an 03a3 in the back for me, Said I can come and check her out this Saturday.
